Toasted bread with Majorcan sausage and honey



-- Four 1.5 thick bread slices. If possible, use pan de payés (farmer bread), baked 1 or 2 days ago.
- Sobrasada (Majorcan sausage)
- 2 spoonfuls of honey


Cut the sobrasada in 0.5 cm slices.

Toast the bread slices slightly in a hot oven or on a grill.

Next, spread the sobrasada on the bread slices and put them in the oven or grill again.

After 2 o3 three minutes, when the sobrasada will begin to ooze fat, drizzle honey over the toasts.
